William Hallman William Hallman served in the Texas Army National Guard with a tour in Iraq. He then relocated to New Jersey and started his collegiate career. He first obtained his Associate’s degree in Biology at County College of Morris. He then obtained his Bachelor’s in Environmental Science at William Paterson University of New Jersey. While at William Paterson, he and his fellow veteran’s founded the New Jersey Alpha chapter of Omega Delta Sigma. After graduating William served as the National Sergeant at Arms of Omega Delta Sigma from 2016-2018. Continuing too serve from 2018-2022 as the National Vice President , he now continues his service as the National President. Email Me |

William Hallman Luisana was born in Lindsay, California and raised in the Central Valley in heart of California. She joined the Army on March 15th, 2006 as an Ammunition Specialist or a 89B and served close to 8 years. While serving, she was deployed to Iraq 07-08 with the 8th Ordnance Company, 18th Airborne Corps out of Fort Bragg, NC. She has received numerous awards and recognition to include winning the Soldier of the Quarter for the entire installation of Fort Irwin, CA. She was Honorably Discharged in 2013. After the military Luisana enrolled to Leeward Community College Community, Hawaii in Spring of 2014, She transferred to Fresno City College in Fall of 2015 and then California State University, Fresno in Fall 2016. While at Fresno State, Luisana was very involved and served on the Veterans and Military Committee on campus. She was also a part of the Veteran Women's Connection that gave Veteran women an opportunity to connect on campus. Lastly, she served in several officer positions to include President of Omega Delta Sigma, CA-A Chapter. As president her goal was to increase community outreach with the local Veteran community. She graduated in Spring of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health- Health Administration and a Minor in Spanish. Email Me |

Brigette Kelley Brigette Kelley was born and raised in the Great State of Texas. After serving 6 years in the US Navy, she returned to pursue her degree in Logistics at The University of North Texas. While at UNT she and a few of her fellow Veterans founded the Texas Beta chapter where she served as the Chapter Secretary for 1.5 years. In her final semester she was nominated by her chapter for the position of National Secretary and was elected at the 2018 National Convention. Dr. Cassandra Dodge Cassandra Dodge reentered higher education in 2012 after 4.5 years in the Air Force. She completed a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice Sciences at Illinois State University in 2014. During her Masters program at ISU, she was one of the founding members of Illinois Alpha Chapter, starting the Etchberger family line. She then earned her PhD in Criminology at University of South Florida Following graduation in 2016, she was elected as the National Secretary for Omega Delta Sigma, a position she held until 2018 when she was elected as the National Treasurer.
